Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at tbcnailart@optusnet.com.au with details of the product and the defect.

 

You can send the item you consider defective to: 2 Viscount Place, Loganholme, Qld 4129.

 

All items returned will be at the buyers expense and must also have Insurance and Signature on Delivery included.

 

Return of Goods Purchase

Items cannot be return if you change your mind so please choose your items carefully.

Exchanges are not permitted.

If you recieve an incorrect item we will arrange for the correct item to resent at no cost to the buyer.  If you wish to place an order and have the incorrect item added to the package then postage costs must be paid for by the buyer.
